At Ten Mile Mushrooms, our Coral Tooth Grain Spawn is made from high-quality, sterilized millet and other nutrient-rich grains, fully colonized with vigorous Hericium coralloides mycelium. This is the same premium-grade spawn we use on our farm every day to produce consistent, high-yield crops.
Coral Tooth — sometimes called Comb Tooth — is a striking relative of Lion's Mane, forming branching, coral-shaped clusters with delicate hanging spines rather than one shaggy mass. It's best harvested young, when the flesh is at its most tender.
