Our Chestnut Mushroom Grow Kit grows Pholiota adiposa — cinnamon-brown, scaly caps with a nutty, earthy flavor and a satisfyingly firm texture that holds up beautifully in soups and stir-fries. A gourmet favorite that's a little more adventurous and very rewarding.
