The Snow Oyster kit produces pale, elegant caps with a thick, fleshy bite and a mild, slightly sweet flavor. A delicate warm-weather strain, it fruits in beautiful white clusters that brighten any dish — try them quickly sautéed with garlic and herbs.
Each fully-colonized 10 lb commercial block is twice the size of store-bought kits and yields two to four pounds of mushrooms over multiple flushes. Keep the block in indirect light with fresh air and daily misting; Snow Oysters love humidity. Ready to fruit in 7–14 days.
